Can I put a booking page or a form on my own website?

Yes. You paste a short snippet on your site and the page shows inline or as a popup. It only loads on the domains you list. Every page also has a link that Ekeko hosts for you, if you would rather share that.

What if two customers pick the last place at the same time?

Ekeko checks the capacity again when each customer sends the booking, one booking at a time. The first one gets the place and the other is told the moment is gone, without losing what they typed. While someone fills in the form Ekeko also holds the moment for them, but that hold is short, so the check on sending is what counts.

Does a customer have to pay when booking?

Not by default. You can set a package to ask for a deposit, which is booked as an advance invoice, and the booking page shows the amount before the customer commits. Customers you invoice on account are not asked for it.

What happens to a form that someone starts and does not finish?

You choose per form. Either nothing is saved, or the visitor can continue later from the same browser or from a mailed link, or you also see who got stranded and where, so you can send them a link or fill the form in for them. A draft without an email address or phone number is removed after two days.

A day that is full stops being offered.

Set how many bookings a service takes per day, with other numbers for certain weekdays or dates. Services that use the same workshop can share one limit, in places or in hours, and the stricter limit wins. A full day shows as full and visitors can join a waiting list for it.

Drag in questions such as text, choices, a machine picker, photos, a signature or a consent box, and show a question only when an earlier answer asks for it. The booking steps are blocks too, so a booking page can carry your own questions and text around the calendar. Link a choice to an article and the price comes from your catalogue and is kept with the submission.

Follow-up

Every answer lands in a list, and a workflow can take it from there.

The visitor can get a mail with a copy of their answers, and you see the submission in your list with a status and an owner. A workflow can start from a submitted form, for example to create a task or a deal from the answers. Someone who stops halfway can pick up a saved draft later, and you see where people stop.
