Installation companies

Hand over every installation complete and keep it serviced.

The customer picks a package and signs, the unit is ordered for them, the technician hands over with a checklist the customer signs. Warranty, claims and the service contract follow in the same system.

In short

Ekeko for installation companies follows an installation from quote to handover and service. The customer picks a package and signs on screen, the technician hands over with a checklist the customer signs, and the warranty of each machine and its service contract follow in the same system.

What's all in there?

Follow one installation from quote to handover and on into warranty and service.

Signed on screen

Offer the system in packages and let the customer pick.

Put several packages in one quote, built from your catalogue, with optional extras such as a battery. The customer picks a package, ticks the extras and signs on screen, and you see what they chose.

Without it: a customer who wants the battery as well gets a second quote and waits again.

Bought for a customer

Whoever is waiting for the unit hears when the supplier's date slips.

Order a unit for a customer's order or a technician's part request. When the supplier's confirmation moves the date, ships less or refuses the line, whoever is waiting is notified. Goods bought for a customer's order are reserved for it on arrival.

Without it: you find out a unit is late when the customer asks where your installer is.

Handover day

The handover closes when every required photo and answer is in.

The commissioning checklist asks for what you require, such as a photo of the serial plate, and the answers you set. The job closes once every required item is in, or someone gives a reason that is logged. The customer then signs on the phone.

Without it: the serial number sits on a photo in someone's phone and the handover is a paper form.

After handover

You see how long each installed machine is covered, and by whom.

Register a machine, or post a delivery of a unit with a serial number, and the warranties its model grants start, labour and parts apart. When a unit fails, you record a claim against the supplier with the amount you ask back.

Without it: the warranty end date sits in a supplier PDF and nobody knows if a unit is still covered.

Before you plan

You see who pays for a repair before you plan it.

Every job on the board shows a badge: warranty, service contract or the customer pays, and a flag when cover ends within 30 days of the visit. A job set to warranty covered leaves what the warranty covers off the invoice.

Without it: a repair under warranty gets invoiced because nobody remembered the machine was still covered.
