Workflows

Tell Ekeko the routine once, and it runs every time.

Someone has to remember the welcome mail, the reminder and the follow-up task. Describe the routine in a sentence or build it from blocks, test it on real data, then publish it.

In short

Workflows in Ekeko let Belgian SMEs automate routines without a programmer. You describe a routine in one sentence or build it from blocks such as a wait, an email, a task or an approval. You test it on real data, publish it, and Ekeko then runs it every time.

What's all in there?

Your routine goes live when you say so. Before that, you see it work on real data.

Start from a sentence

Say what should happen, then adjust the flow Ekeko builds.

Automating a routine does not need a developer. Type what should happen, for example a reminder three days after a quote goes unanswered, and Ekeko builds and checks the flow. You drag blocks to adjust it, and nothing runs for real until you publish it.

Ready-made blocks

Each step of a follow-up is a block you can drop in.

Chain a wait, a check, an email and a task and you have a quote follow-up. Other blocks create records, ask for approval or let AI pull fields out of a text. An agent block can read and change records, with only the tools you allow.

Test first, then go live

You see what a flow does before a customer ever receives anything.

Pick a record and run a test. Emails are simulated and changes are rolled back, so no customer notices. AI steps do call the model for real, which uses credits. Once the flow is live, the run history shows every run, step by step.

A worked example

A signed quote starts the follow-up on its own.

When a customer signs a quote, its status becomes accepted and a flow can take over. It creates a work order for the customer, gives a team member the first task and sends the customer a confirmation from your own mailbox. You choose which steps run.
